MAXOMOD - Multi-omic analysis of axono-synaptic degeneration in motoneuron disease

external page MAXOMOD is a European research project in which we contribute to improved diagnosis and therapy of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

The project involves the following technologies
- Genomics
- Transcriptomics and miRNAomics
- Proteomics and Phospho-proteomics
- Metabolomics

and will investigate
- Human tissue and cerebral spine fluid of ALS patients
- Transgenic ALS mouse models

All data is being analyzed using a multi-omic approach and will be made publicly available following FAIR principle (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse)
