Cluster and Cloud Computing

We perform data analysis using the cluster and cloud computing infrastructure from the FGCZ and S3IT with access to 500+ cores and high memory servers (up to 1TB RAM).

We access the ScienceCloud provided by the S3IT group of the University of Zurich (for details see external pageScienceCloud).

For FGCZ users we provide:

web-based NGS data analysis external pagefgcz-sushi.uzh.ch (For analysis of data not generated at the FGCZ, do contact us )
for advanced users: commandline access to Linux servers fully equipped with NGS software and reference genomes
