Group Leader Genomics Analytics

Catharine leads and coordinates the Genomics workflows and applications at FGCZ. Together with her team, she supports a large variety of analytical workflows such as NGS, long read sequencing, single cell sequencing and spatial gene expression. Catharine represents the FGCZ in the Core for Life Genomics workgroup and the Genomics Research Group of the ABRF.
