Antje Dittmann
Expert Proteomics
Antje’s main focus is supporting services related to label-free (DDA, DIA) and label-based (TMT, SILAC) quantitative proteomics, PTM analyses, especially phosphorylation, as well as affinity purification strategies.
With the recent introduction of the latest generation of MALDI-based MS instruments, she is responsible for the implementation of MALDI imaging workflows as a service and in the user lab.
Previously, she coordinated the practical and scientific work connected to projects funded through the EPIC-XS network. She received her Ph.D. from Heidelberg University for her work on small molecule-protein-interactions and continued as a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT in the field of systems biology through interrogating signaling and expression pathways in cancer and diabetes.
