Expert Proteome Informatics

Witold specializes in data analysis and statistics. He is involved in developing software tools for the computational analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative Mass Spectrometric data at the FGCZ. Witold is also responsible for teaching and supervising employees and students on data analysis and statistics. Together with Jonas, Witold is involved in the "Proteome informatics course" at FGCZ twice a year.
