User access to LC-MS equipment
User lab access to metabolomics instruments and software is granted to users who are experienced with mass spectrometry and/or participated in our 1-week metabolomics course. In all cases, the users will be trained to use the FGCZ equipment. THE FGCZ ensures the proper functioning of the equipment and helps with advices.
The technical setup at the FGCZ allows a wide range of applications similar to the services provided. Targeted/absolute and untargeted profiling of metabolites/lipids, global profiling based on LC-MS.
Cost
The user will be charged based on instrument time and consumables as described in external page our price list.
